This is a rare sound effect that was originally created by Disney. A shortened version can be heard within several sequences on the Hanna-Barbera Sound Effects Library, but not as its own standalone sound effect. A higher-quality version of it is also found on the audio demo for Hollywoodedge’s Cartoon Trax Volume 1 library and on The Demo / The Sample, but oddly enough is not found on the actual library itself.
