This sound effect can be found on the Series 1000 Sound Effects Library, which was made by Sound Ideas. The horn was sourced off from a J3 Snow Plow Air horn which can heard on CP and CN Snow Plows, passing through a railroad crossing (going from the pattern the horn is sounded). Some Nathan K3Ls also sound like one. And it also sounds similar to a BC Rail Nathan K3H horn.
