This is a rare sound effect used by Soyuzmultfilm and Armenfilm. The sound of it made a debut in "Ded Moroz and Summer". Later Armenfilm used it for animated short "The Fox, Who Couldn't Do Anything / Lazy Fox" (rus. Лис, который ничего не умел) (armenian. Անբան աղվեսը)
