This is a rare Hanna-Barbera effect not found on the Hanna-Barbera Sound Effects Library, mainly because it was mostly retired by the studio by the early 60s. However, it continued to occasionally show up in projects either by the Hanna-Barbera studio or using their sound library in the 60s and 70s.
