This is a rare sound effect used by Mosfilm, Soyuzmultfilm and "Ekran" Workshop. The sound of it made a debut in 1st part of Soviet movie "War and Piece" (rus. Война и мир).

The Original sound effect was created by Mosfilm for their movies until Soyuzmultfilm was using it from late 60s to start of the 1970s.

Later during the 70s and 80s, "Ekran" Workshop (rus. творческое объединение «Экран») used that sound effect for their Cartoons.

The sound effect usually used when someone shoots with shotgun or any object explodes.
