This was a sound effect that was created on October 12, 1999, marking the official premiere of the 1999-2000 UPN ten-episode miniseries The Strip, originally using the splattering sound. Done by the privately held company Millar/Gough Ink (known for Smallville and the Netflix series Wednesday), this sound effect was also used on the company's old production logo. It belongs to the Unknown Sound Effects Library.
