MESEM Laser Cannon Sound

This is a rare sound effect, which recorded at MESEM (Moscow Experimental Studio of Electronic Music) in 1973-1974 specially for the "Teens in the Universe" (rus. Отроки во вселенной), a sequel to Soviet sci-fi movie "Moscow - Cassiopeia" (rus. Москва - Кассиопея).

Later, this sound used by sound engineer Nelly Kudrina of "Ekran" Workshop in 1981 animated short "Leo-the-Cat's Treasure" (rus. Клад кота Леопольда) as explosion sound.
