Info.

The roar of Hedorah (also known as the Smog Monster) is one of the strangest sounds in the Godzilla universe, characterized by being a bubbling, squeaking, high-pitched sound.

Hedorah's base roar originally came from Kemular, a poison gas monster from the Ultraman series. For Hedorah, the sound was modified, sped up, and processed to give it a more viscous, chemical quality. In his terrestrial and final form, the roar is deeper and dripping, reflecting its toxic sludge nature, while in its flight form, the sound is usually accompanied by a mechanical or turbine-like hum.
