This is a rare sound effect used by Soyuzmultfilm. It was created by Georgy Martinuk. This sound was recorded in 1964-1965. Later, it used by Armenfilm and Sverdlovsk Studio. This sound effect usually used for comedy situations and bodyfalls. It was also used in Vladimir Tarasov's sci-fi cartoons when someone shoots by laser gun.
This sound not to be confused with Tod Dockstader "Laser Gun Ping" Sound.
