This is a rare sound effect used by Soyuzmultfilm. It was created by Georgy Martinuk. This sound was recorded in 1964-1965. Later, it used by Armenfilm and Sverdlovsk Studio. The sound effect consist of high-pitched rock guitar riff and usually used for comedy situations and collisions.
