Simon Harris (born 12 December 1962 in London, England) is a sound effects designer and a pioneer of the electronic music genre. He had a music career where he produced mostly sample-based breakbeat and house music, and has even released "scratch records" designed specifically for DJs and producers, including the famous "Beats, Breaks and Scratches" series.
