These are the engine sounds created by Soundelux. They were recorded from Ford's concept car, the Ford Shelby Cobra Concept, and debuted for being used as the engine sound of Darius Stone's Ford Shelby Cobra Concept in the movie, XXX: State of the Union (2005). It was also famously used in Cars 2 and Cars 3 as the sound for Lightning McQueen. Even in Wreck-It Ralph as the sound for King Candy's Royal Racer kart.
