This is a rare sound effect mainly used by Chuck Jones Enterprises in several of their Tom and Jerry cartoons, and was later picked up by Sam Horta for inclusion in his personal sound library. It shouldn't be confused with the similar-sounding of BOING, CARTOON - FAST WIGGLE BOWANG 01 on the Hanna-Barbera Sound Effects Library. Originally it was a Bob Clampett Productions/Snowball, Inc. sound effect.
