Balthazar's Halloween is a 16 minute special created by Isaac Morales
Storyline
Balthazar Salazar from Los Banditos got in trouble for watching IT: Chapter Two with his earbuds on while playing a country music onto his radio to ignore Isaac, and Hammer Clown from XD Dark ride/Qube game Carnival. When the computer was shut off when Isaac went downstairs to turn it off using a breaker, and he got very mad. They were told not to go out this evening because of what happened, he ended up sneaking out of its house to play tricks without letting them know.
