This sound effect can be found on Sound Effects In Stereo Volume 2, which was made by Audio Fidelity. It's the same sound effect as COMEDY, ACCENT - SPROINGS from The International Sound Effects Library. The first boing was later released on the Classic TV Sound Effects Library as COMEDY, BOING - WOBBLY BOING 01.
