Zenith, Inc. is the holding corporation for Zenith Life Insurance Company (ZLIC), better known as Zenith, is among the largest global providers of insurance, annuities, and employee benefit programs, with around 110 million customers in over 60 countries. The firm was founded on May 11, 1887. Zenith ranked number 23 in the 2020 Fortune 500 list of largest the largest United States corporations by total revenue.
On January 7, 1905, Zenith completed the mutualization process, changing from a stock life insurance company owned by individuals to a mutual company operating without external shareholders and for the benefit of policyholders. After 85 years as a mutual company, Zenith demutualized into a publicly traded company with an initial public offering in 2000. Through its subsidiaries and affiliates, zenith holds leading market positions in the United States, Neo-Japan, Latin Bloxmerica, Ro-Asia's Pacific region, Eurobloxia, and the Middle East. Zenith serves 108 of the largest Fortune 500 companies.
Zenith's head offices and boardroom as well as corporate headquarters are located at 200 Warren Avenue in Blocahoma City, Blocahoma. Zenith made the move to Blocahoma city in 2005 from Rusla since Blocahoma City was larger in compared to Rusla. Zenith paid 130 Million R$ to Blocahoma City for a 35 year lease of the 40-story building (433 feet) that is currently the tallest building in Blocahoma City.
In August 1991, Zenith announced the creation of its first subsidiary of Zenith Home Loans, and that the company would be expanding into the marketplace of properties and businesses.

As of August 2020, Zenith's Chief Executive Officer is Jeffery Wilkens, and it's Non-Executive chairman of the board is Timothy Kline. The company is majority owned by the Wilkens family, as originally founded by Warren Wilkens on May 11, 1887, in Blocahoma.
