Yellow Hwangcha is a governor of Wisconsin and Robloxian part of the Tea-Stained RMF. He is also former professional international football player, played as center forward.
History
Pre-Bloxburg Revolution
Early Life
He is the great-great-grandson of Noobly Bloxington V, president of Robloxia 1792-1944.
Senior Career
In 2019, he started to play center forward for Livetopia Hurricanes. He gave up play soccer in 2023.
International Career
In 2023, he started to play center forward for Robloxia. At the beginning of this year, however, he ended his career.
Bloxburg Revolution
In April 2024, during the Bloxburg Revolution, he played center forward in Bloxburg, where Robloxia's team won a professional international football game. Unfortunately, the prize money each team member got was equivalent to 90 minutes of the average Bloxburg citizen pay at that time per the Fair Pay Executive Order which states that all Bloxburg citizens should have equal wages. Frustrated, he began to tell Robloxia's professional international football team to boycott all of its games in Bloxburg, citing that he was paid unfairly in Bloxburg and that "FAIR PAY IS NOT THE WAY!" This outburst was echoed throughout the entire team, and eventually, the Robloxia professional international football team made the decision to cancel all of its Bloxburg games. He and 22 other players joined the Tea-Stained RMF.
Soon after, as the Coffee-Stained Republic started to expand and invade territory intrusively, occupying at its height 24% of Robloxia's states, the Robloxia professional international football team was starting to cancel approximately 24% of games due to the fact they were denied visas to the Coffee-Stained Republic for opposing ideology. Many Robloxians petitioned the Robloxia professional international football team to create synchronous and remote versions of the competitive games that were cancelled, and Yellow Hwangcha was one of them. Fortunately, there exists a Robloxian video game called FAFI 00-99 in the works (scheduled to be released some month and some day in 2025), which would presumably be the first ever video game to approved by FAFI for remote and synchronous football games.

At the end of June 2024 he became the governor of Wisconsin.
2025
FAFI 00-99
In 2025, Yellow Hwangcha was told to create an FAFI 00-99 account. He created a FAFI 00-99 account. Immediately, he and his 22 followers followed him. They then created a FAFI 00-99 Group called Tea-Stained RMF, a group named after the existing Tea-Stained RMF.
In FAFI 00-99, there were a lot of games to be made up due to Coffee-Stained Republic saying this before banning competitive play features on FAFI 00-99, fearing the dispersion of other non-communist ideologies:

He took part in tests of FAFI 00-99's compatibility with motion sensor technology, thanks to which player can feel like in the professional international football game. By the time all the games are made up, there was speculatory rumors and heretical yapping that the 2026 Roblox Cup would be the first Roblox Cup to utilize FAFI 00-99 for some of its games. Whether or not that would ever become true, no Robloxian knows as of the present moment.
