X-Liga is a professional football league managed by the Telamon Islands Football Association, covering its area. The league consists of 20 clubs. The league games last from March to November, in the meantime all league clubs participate in the Telamon Islands Golden Cup.

The league has 20 clubs. In November, after the league ends, the bottom three teams are relegated to the Liki Mua, and the top three teams from the Liki Mua take their place in X-Liga. The fourth worst team in the X-Liga and the fourth best team in the Liki Mua play each other in the play-offs for a spot in a better league.Below is a list of teams playing in the league in the 2026 season listed alphabetically.
