Winston Jones was one of the leading suspects who were suspected to have poisoned Louis to death. He was the Regent of Redcliff from 1592 to 1615 and the Duke of Roregon from 1594-1615.
Life
He was one of the leaders of the conspiracy that took Louis' life. In the following years, he controlled the policy of Edward II. After king's death, he placed the young Christian I on the throne, whom he manipulated. In 1596, he was proclaimed Duke of Roregon. He died in 1615.
