The 2009 Incident
Neptuna, the first protogen waitress to be employed in one of their installations in Bloxstralia, severely attacked a child after the latter kept throwing chicken bones at her visor. She resulted to rapidly punching the child's face resulting in a broken nose, orbital bone and a pair of black eyes. Luckily, the child made a full recovery after a week in the ICU.
Freshly attacks
Released photos by Freshly officials of the doxxing by the individuals
On January 10, 2024, an incident happened at Freshly Superstores and its subsidiary, Wingin' It, when they were targeted by a group of Robloxians during an attack at one of their retail locations in Thorngate Park, as well as at several Wingin' It fast food outlets across the Bloxia Kingdom. The Bloxia Kingdom Police have described this event as a deliberate and coordinated attack aimed at Freshly Superstores and also various other businesses operating within the Bloxia Kingdom.
According to a document statement from Freshly Superstores, the assailants executed DDOS attack(s) to disrupt the company’s operations and to acquire Robux for their personal financial gain. They swore to commit to doing this every day until they were given Robux to yzzinooo. They even sent a Ro Discord server user to inform them they got DDOSed. This was a violation of the Bloxia Kingdom's Misuse of Computers Act of 1990. The Robloxian government tried to intervene as well, arguing this was a misuse of computers as well and that they were responsible for the actions of the company since it was also headquartered in Dalton. The Corporatist Party also argued that DDOSing was against the law since it was against the law to use any automated software to create a undue server load. Wingin' It similarly argued this and called the police. In response, police were involved to intervene.
Due to the DDOS attacks, Wingin' It locations had to frequently resort to offline services due to the inability to access things that required online services.
Police officials provided updates on the identity of the attackers, revealing a list of robloxians believed to be involved in this strike. They were identified as mar1xaz, yzzinooo, heyticz, Pudi_Finesser, and MGS20091. Investigations revealed that these people belonged to a technology group known as Clevr, which had a history of scamming users out of substantial amounts of money—more than 2,000 Ro Britain Pounds—by marketing fraudulent products. Following the Freshly incident, law enforcement shut down Clevr’s operations, and Clevr was banned from operating in Robloxia under the Corporatist Party's sanction.
Later, law enforcement uncovered that some of the attackers were allegedly threatening to breach the Wingin' It company database and put the entire database in a public-facing website. This breach would effectively dox the entire employee base, resulting in a leak of sensitive personal information online.
Later, a statement released by Freshly Supermarkets, the company said they are “actively contacting large partners, alliances, groups, and technology companies". Freshly is also collaborating with local police by sharing video footage and photographic evidence obtained from CCTV cameras to support the investigation. They also explained that such DDOS attacks are in violation of the Misuse of Computers Act 1990.
Then, Freshly revealed that the individuals have been engaging in various forms of inappropriate behavior including instances of homophobia, racism, threats, and transphobia, in addition to the mentioned doxxing incidents on a particular social media platform known as Ro-Discord. As the investigation continues, the individuals remain largely unaccounted for. However, the Robloxian government which prohibits the practice of homophobia, racism, threats, and transphobia have given the individuals deportation orders telling them to not to come to Robloxia.
