W20 (Minawa — Lotoomotu), formerly known as North Pukapuka Road 1 is a main highway on Pukapuka.
It starts in Minawa and goes east to Ro-Papai and north to Pukapuka City before turning east a second time and ending on another island called Lotoo.
Modernization of the route started in late 1970s. Then rest of the highway was built in 1980s. Official opening of W20 highway took place on May 1, 1989. The Minister of Infrastructure of Telamon Islands, Lanakila Kawailani, was present on the ceremony. As a result of his presence, one gas station between Minawa and Ro-Papai is named after him.
