Vincent Rick White (December 12, 1945 -
August 11, 2013) was a hotel manager in Bloxburg, also well known for signing a contract with Tommy Parker, that Luther Carson should perform every two months in the hotel, without Luther's permission. He later got criticized by Luther's fans after Luther's death, but not that much as no one mentioned him.
