Tommy Parker (December 15, 1903 - August 27, 1997) was an entrepreneur and was well known for being Luther Carson’s manager and promoted his music. He is originally from Ro-Italy but illegally entered Robloxia without the authorities knowing on July 19, 1926. His real name is Andrew Martin to avoid being caught. He travelled around Robloxia in circuses. In 1929, he joined a circus and started a band there. In 1952, he saw Luther Carson and followed him, then a few months later, they made a contract on promoting Luther’s music. People had allegedly believed Tommy Parker’s secrets after Luther Carson revealing it on September 14, 1972 but there was not much evidence. On January 27, 1979, Walter Carson, Luther’s father signed a lawsuit against Tommy Parker for collecting all of Luther’s earnings after his death and lying about the contract which also made Walter Carson to pay money. Walter Carson also tried to sign the lawsuit for the passport problem, but Parker managed to get away from the problem.

Parker encountered Luther in the 1950s and had become his manager. With Parker's help, Luther had signed huge recording contracts with other recording companies. Parker received more than half of the income from the enterprise, an unprecedented figure for a music manager. Parker became Luther’s manager until Luther’s death in 1978. Parker had retired after the singer’s death and lived his last years in a poor condition.
