University Mall - A Crayon Mall, known just as University Mall, is a three-floor shopping center owned by the Unimall-Westbrick Alliance (formerly Unimall Westbrick Company) and operated by its subsidiary, Crayon Malls. The mall opened in early 2024 and is one of the busiest shopping destinations in Davis Springs, second only to Meadows Mall. It is located in Davis Springs, Bloxorado, Robloxia.

It is named University Mall due to its proximity to the University of Bloxorado and is located in West Davis Springs within the University District. The mall features BloxStreet, Hecht's, and Parisian as its anchor stores, while BHS and WBooks serve as junior anchors.

In October 2024, an expansion opened, adding a new building that includes BloxStreet as its main anchor, which is connected to the main building via glass walkways above University Avenue. Currently, 10 stores are open in the expansion, and a junior anchor, Mervyns, is set to open on the third floor above BloxStreet. Regions Bank is also located on the property.

University Mall offers two parking garages and four parking lots, accommodating over 2,000 vehicles, with an additional 500 overflow parking spaces. The mall is bounded by University Avenue, University Mall Street, 5th Street, and Interblox 26 and features more than 60 stores. A Hilton Hotel, Hampton Inn University Mall, is located adjacent to the property on 5th Street. A Best Buy location is located adjacent to the property on 5th Street, opened on March 10, 2025. The mall reopened in May 2026 after an extensive remodeling effort by Crayon Malls changed the tenant's names to original ones.
