Tupua Smith (Charles Tupua Smith; born 1946) is a former Oceanian independence activist, leader of the Matagasau movement in 1970s. He was a governor of Lemandarin Territory from 1984 to 1985 after deposing Alexander Brookhaven in the February coup. He was a key figure in Oceania's independence.
