Containment Procedures

The two Mobile Task Forces Tau-5 and Nu-7 are to do extreme surveillance on RSCP-227 and look out for the following: news reports of grandfather clocks or sudden temporal anomalies within a specified area, in order to quickly respond to Tick Tock's actions and behavior.

RSCP-227 is to be kept in an 8 × 8 × 8 stud metal room built with concrete and steel. Outside the specified room, multiple explosives are to be, futilely, detonated in the event Tick Tock collapses the room, which it has not done as of 2026. Surveillance of RSCP-227 within the room is to be done using three military-grade cameras installed with infrared filters and sensitive films, with a daily incineration at 7:00 A.M. This is done to try and attempt to weaken Tick Tock's anomalous abilities, but it has not taken a major effect. 227 is to be also periodically released out of it's room, as it has already shown to collapse half of the room without a release for 2 weeks straight.

No time-related objects, such as watches, other grandfather clocks, smartphones, and smart watches are to be present within the room, as this has shown to further boost Tick Tock's anomalous time manipulation.

Description

RSCP-227, otherwise designated as "Tick Tock", is an incredibly dangerous anomaly who takes the form of a brown grandfather clock. Its danger lies within its presence: it cannot attack, yet its sheer presence alone can cause unstable fractures in a localized area, rendering that area destroyed and null. This phenomenon is called an "area collapse", and attempting to enter a collapsed area would immediately destroy the victim's body to the subatomic level, effectively rendering them killed. Along with the area collapse, 227's dimensionality rank (the rare term to distinguish between normal, supernatural, and anomalous) exceeds the limitations put on regular and supernatural entities, usually up to immeasurable levels. RSCP-227 is currently residing on a remote island near Bloxington Island, four kilometers (14.286 kilo-studs) away east. The island is heavily guarded with multiple military assets (6 Arleigh Blox-class destroyers and 4 BLX-130's). In the situation a civilian vessel encounters the heavily guarded remote island, they are to be immediately sent back to the nearest port and given Class-A amnestics.

History

All previous attempts at harming Tick Tock have shown to be incredibly futile as they were either just reversed or neutralized, ranging from weapons like guns, periastrons, and rocket launchers, nuclear weapons, Superbloxians, and even all of Robloxia's military might. However, despite the incredible futility to neutralize the subject due to its superpowers, the only way it can be killed is the Superbloxian Roblox Egor, who can defeat Tick Tock at 99% power, and chikorita152e, which can send it to nil as well as undoing all of its area collapses made.

The first appearance of RSCP-227 was in 1992, when a Robloxian by the name of JoshVlogz (the Robloxian wishes to remain anonymous via their BloxTube username made in 2014) bought a grandfather clock, affectionately nicknamed "Tick Tock" by the original owner. As the days and weeks passed, something began to feel wrong. Vlogz reportedly experienced multiple vivid dreams of the same grandfather clock saying similar lines comparable to the image shown on the right. After he woke up from said dreams, he would have an accelerated heartbeat and hyper-awareness, like he was being watched. He would feel disoriented or paranoid every time he woke up from said dreams. They only stopped once he sold the grandfather clock to another buyer, effectively rendering them a victim as well, implying that whoever has the clock will suffer from Tick Tock's symptoms.

The RSCP Foundation, after JoshVlogz publicly stated it on a Ro Reddit post, were immediately alerted of Tick Tock's presence. They deployed Mobile Task Force Nu-7 "Hammer Down" to attempt and neutralize Tick Tock, who was present in an unfinished area called "Test". Tick Tock was observed to have passively retaliated using a 4-meter (14.29-stud) wide area collapse, destroying the tank platoon of the MTF before the helicopter squadron was assimilated and collapsed by Tick Tock.

Any entity that is within a 1-meter (3.571-stud) radius near RSCP-227 experiences a primal fear, akin to nearly dying, as well as having their time slowed down to near-zero. All attempts at preventing an area collapse, either through technology, magic, or hacks, have ultimately failed to prevent a collapse as of now.

RSCP-227 collapsed two interesting locations in particular: Mega City and Explosion Town. Mega City was a Blox City-sized city located in an urban area known as █████████. Explosion Town was a theme park centered around pirates and explosions, and it was unique because Explosion Town had already contained a previously unknown RSCP on its ferris wheel, effectively rendering one undiscovered RSCP gone to time.

Blox-Twitter users have affectionately given Tick Tock a nickname: "Timmy the Clock", due to it sounding extremely similar to "Tick Tock". The RSCP Foundation has not acknowledged this nickname and has immediately prioritized for the neutralization of it with its Archon RSCPs back when it was Apollyon and capable of defeating Roblox Egor. Later, Roblox Egor reported encountering it in his trip to save Roblox and used <99% of its power to remove its powers, nerfing it to the point where it can be defeated by two superbloxians and downgrading it to a Keter class anomaly, deprioritizing the RSCP speedy neutralization protocol.
