The Great North Korbloxian famine, also known as the Black Famine, was a great famine that took place in North Neo-Korbloxia that lasted from 2001 to 2008, and 2001 - 2006 being the peak period. It was caused by rapid severe flood and an economic crisis in the late 90s to the early 2000s. It is also caused by the fall of Tovokian Union and economic crisis from neighboring countries such as PRL.
During the famine, it is speculated that more than 650,000 North Korbloxians starved to death. However, due to the speculation being primarily based on North Neo-Korbloxian media, it is likely that the number of deaths is understated; in that case, more than 1 million North Korbloxians were dead.
