Special Containment Procedures

Terro Valley Monster has being chosen by the RSCP Foundation to not be contained, after an unanimous vote, with the primary reason being that it would shield Pine County from tornadoes.

For historical purposes, here is the historical special containment procedure administered to RSCP-017.

Historical Special Containment Procedures

Terro Valley Monster must be contained in a room near Mount Charcoal.

Description

RSCP-017 is a monster that resides in Terro Valley and protected Pine County from tornadoes, which occur randomly through the valley. At the protection of RSCP-017, all affected tornadoes will immediately backtrack away from Pine County with a notable decrease in wind speed. It has been described as a meteorological anomaly that subverts and weakens tornadoes.

RSCP-017's protection lasts until no severe weather warnings are issued for the county. Following its conclusion of protection, weather then progresses normally until the beginning of the next severe weather warning.

Weather in Pine County changes significantly during RSCP-017, which is believed to be related to the meteorological anomaly itself.

RSCP-017 appears to have a previous reputation for massive terrorization and is solely responsible for the terrorization of what was then known as Kyle Village on an unknown date on 733 CE at 3 AM. On 1995 CE, RSCP-017 has been forced to subvert and weaken tornadoes. The first tornado ever subverted by RSCP-017 is believed to have occurred in February 2, 1995. The last tornado subverted and weakened is believed to have occurred on June 24, 2021. It appears to have been neutralized shortly after the subversion and weakening, which may have caused the 2021 Mount Charcoal Eruption.

Addendums

A project to administer Terro Valley Monster-friendly Ectoplasm to the Terro Valley Monster is currently ongoing. The estimated time of revival has being calculated to be early 2022.

Incidents

  1. This monster terrorized the village in the early morning hours at 3 AM at 733 CE. Since then, Pine County Robloxians told people not to do a certain action at 3 AM, for that action would later be haunted by paranormal entities. However, it turned out to be a superstition Robloxians told others just to gain popularity. The Foundation eventually classified the monster Euclid.
  2. On February 2, 1995, the first tornado subverted by RSCP-017 occurred.
  3. This occurred during the 2002 Pine County Winter Storm's second part, which was a tornado outbreak in a valley between Pine County and Mount Blox. RSCP-017 awakened and protected Pine County from tornadoes.
  4. On June 24. 2021, the last tornado subverted by RSCP-017 occurred.
