Telamonian East Time is one of the time zones in Telamon Islands. It covers Kohola, Aloha, Hilo, Hilokila, Pukapuka, Tamabu Islands, and Katahu Islands. The zone's UTC offset is UTC+12:00. This zone does not switch to daylight saving time and the time remains the same throughout the year.
History
The UTC+12:00 time zone was established in 1884 on the eastern part of Bloxian Telamon. It was identical to the current time zone, except for the absence of the Katahu Islands, which initially had a UTC+11:00 time zone. However, after the archipelago was incorporated into the independent Telamon Islands, the time zone there was changed to UTC+12:00.
