The Hotel was founded in 1872 as a Sacramento inn by a Romarkian named Michael Müller, when the area of ​​the inn began to belong to Neo-Sacramento, Müller was excited, as he could now receive more guests, the inn expanded to 10 rooms, but in 1931, Müller died, and his son, Bernard, started to manage the place, but a strange man imploded the place in 1934, and later, built a motel called "Teal Motel" in the place, Bernard managed to take back the hotel in 1940 , but liked the name "Teal" and so, he renamed the hotel to "Teal Sea Resort", and the hotel expanded, in 1997, it was demolished to make way for a much more modern one, and currently, it is the 5th most successful hotel in the city.
