Tarentules-Free Bloxartic Wars

The Tarentules-Free Bloxartic Wars were a series of conflicts between the Tarentules Dynasty and Free Bloxartica that led to the weakening of Tarentules Dynasty, which was one of the reasons for its subsequent decline. The wars were fought between 1913 and 1962, when the dynasty fell and its remaining Bloxartic holdings were divided between Free Bloxartica and the newly formed Bloxmania Union.

History

Southern Graham Land War (1913-1916)

In 1907, after the abdication of Collin II James, Nuño de Armadilla became king of Free Bloxartica. After implementing a currency reform, he set himself the goal of occupying the entire Southern Graham Land. This was probably because Nuño was from the town of Chantlan, located in the small Free Bloxartic part of Southern Graham Land (Chantlan Prefecture). He wanted to secure his hometown and perhaps move his headquarters there. In 1913, he launched a war, winning the Battle of Fallières and Rourgeois and losing the Battle of Bloxfis. The war ended with a peace treaty in 1916, which granted three eighths of the Graham Land to Free Bloxartica. At the same time Tarentules Dynasty acquired Trinity Peninsula.

Bloxian Coast War (1924-1928)

In 1923, tensions arose over Chantlan Prefecture. Tarentules generals developed plans to seize the entire Bloxartic Peninsula and the Bloxian Coast. In 1924, the Tarentules Dynasty declared war on Free Bloxartica. The Battle of Hessa took place, in which the Free Bloxartica army emerged victorious. However, they failed to enter enemy territory. Two years later, the Bloxartic Fleet landed near Snowtopia. Heavy fighting ensued, and the city was besieged. Relief arrived, but the enemy forces' repulse resulted in heavy losses. During the siege, around 40% of the city was burned.

Tarentules forces retreated to the Bloxian Coast, suffering many casualties due to frostbite. In December 1927, reinforcements arrived, preventing Free Bloxartica from retaking the Bloxian Coast. In May 1928, a peace treaty was signed, ending the war.

In 1962, on the orders of King Louis II, the Free Bloxartic troops entered the last fortresses of the Tarentules Dynasty under his own command.

Aftermath

The Tarentules-Free Bloxartic Wars lasted 49 years, claiming the lives of thousands of soldiers. One of them was the largest armed conflict in the continent's history.

The Tarentules Dynasty considered Northern Graham Land, Bloxmania, and the Executive Committee Range its territories until the end of its existence in 1970. Only then was the Bloxmania Union formed.
