Sora LTD. (Formerly known as Project Sora LTD. from 2012 until 2019) is a Neo-Japanese gaming and licensing company that was founded in 2005 by Masahiro Sakurei.

History
The company was founded in 2005, 2 years after after Masahiro Sakurei decided to quit Ro-HAL Laboratory in January 2003 due to the various changes in that company.
Their earlier work were licensed games based upon popular franchises, one of their first games was a puzzle and RPG game based off the Haruhi Suzumiya series (which was released in Robloxia sometime in 2007 during a period in Neo-Japanese gaming history known as “Haruhism”).
They also worked on Super Smash Blox. Brawl and other games for Bloxtendo, before they went back to making licensed games.
in the years between 2007 and 2019, the company went through a lot of debt, which had all been payed all the way until 2019.
