Special Containment Procedures
In case of escape, Mobile Task Force Unit Epsilon-11 should be sent into battle, and slow-motion cameras (preferably 0.04 frames per second) should be used for monitoring RSCP-074. Do not let it out at all costs.
If RSCP-074 is trapped in a room outside of its special containment site, the room's atmosphere should have its density increased and pressure decreased as high and as low as possible, respectively.
Description
RSCP-074 is a blue, agile hedgehog that can reach speeds of 340.3 meters per second (1.22 kilo-studs per second) in an ideal diatomic gas as dense as the air density of the Roblox Standard Atmosphere at 15 °C (59 °F) (≈ 1.225 kg/m3) by Roblox's average atmospheric pressure at sea level. It is known for being extremely fast and smart. It can also speak, but usually only says "You're too slow!" when it is near prey. He also usually suggests that prey about to attack him take a one-minute break before attacking him and usually wants Robloxians to do something (in all observed cases, those things ended up killing the Robloxian) if they want to win this battle.
During the 2010s and prior to May 2, 2019, RSCP-074 special containment breached multiple times. On May 2, 2019, RSCP-074 started to practice the habit of daily special containment breaching. RSCP-074 also became a boss for the Meme Army and fought against Robloxians in the Meme War. RSCP-074's real name is "Sanic Hegehog"[sic], and usually says "Gotta Go Fast".
On March 31, 2010, a BloxTuber "0nyxheart" uploaded a video titled "How 2 Special Containment Breach RSCP-074", containing footage of the first special containment breach of RSCP-074. During the special containment breach, a distorted version of the music for Green Hill Zone was played. RSCP-074 also taunted the Mobile Task Force Unit Epsilon-11, asking them to "step it up". The original upload of the video has since been removed by the RSCP Foundation for encouraging Robloxians to special containment breach the site RSCP-074 is specially contained in but has been reuploaded by fans. RSCP-074 has since grown a cult-following and has been recognized by the RSCP Foundation.
