On November 18, 2011, personnel working for the Mobile Task Force Unit Epsilon-11 accidentally let RSCP-074 out. Civilians and Mobile Task Force units were sent into battle, and slow-motion cameras started to monitor RSCP-074. Robloxians near RSCP-074 witnessed hearing a distorted version of the music for Green Hill Zone with "Gotta Go Fast" played repetitively in the background, followed by a taunt asking them to "step it up" and a taunt saying that "[they are] too slow" that is likened to what was witnessed on the first special containment breach. They also saw a blue, agile hedgehog.

Speed gun measurements were calculated by witnesses to have reached 340.3 meters per second (1.22 kilo-studs per second).

RSCP-074, civilians, and Mobile Task Force units later went to Mad City in South Robloxia, where a small family of Robloxians were having a picnic at Mad City. Suddenly, RSCP-074 appeared at the family and taunted the family, saying that the family must step it up or be called too slow. The family blatantly defied, sparking a chase and one minute later, a war as RSCP-074 started to be injured as civilians and Mobile Task Force units started to fight.

RSCP-074 pulled out a master machine gun in response to it being attacked and started to "no scope" and "quick scope" anyone that fell for RSCP-074's traps or shot RSCP-074. RSCP-074 then spin dashed, turning itself into a blue sphere and rolled without slipping.

Large crime spree perpetrators also shot RSCP-074.

20 Robloxians were killed accidentally by the Mobile Task Force units.

RSCP-074 by using those two methods managed to kill 250 Robloxians in Mad City, Bloxifornia, all inside buildings and vehicles, before being killed on the intersection of Ro-Route 115 and Ro-Route 796 and returned to its special containment site. The family survived. The father of the family said to the police in Blox News 52 that he hoped that what he encountered was just an illusion.
