Rulue is the current mayor of the metropolis of Balan, Bloxorado. She is of Bloxanadian origin. She is a close ally of Arle Nadja and likes to meet her every time. She is usually seen dressed in traditional clothing from the fashion from Bloxorado. Unfortunately, her clothing claims to be from a unrecognized land known as Puyonia. She took over as mayor of Balan on December 13, 2022, following the resignation of the previous mayor, Chaz Howard on December 12, 2022.
Personal life and carrer
Rulue was born on November 10th, 1976 in the Marquess General Hospital, Brook's Way, Ro-Toronto, to her parents, both of which are unnamed. She and her parents moved to Balan sometime in 1982 as her father pursued higher studies in the Small College of Balan (SCB).
After being fired from her job as an employee of Woodtalkers' Store in 1995 due to multiple complaints of arrogant behavior towards customers, Rulue found a job as a cashier at the Generic Convenience Store in Ete-Nistu. In 1998, she went to Sanghor to live because she was destitute, and she requested Raffina, a famous Puyonian-Bloxoradian businesswoman, to give her some money. Up until 2009, when Raffina became Rulue's new companion in Raffineway, Arle was her best friend. Due to a pilot error, Rulue's parents perished in the 1998 RC-10 plane crash (which was also Lifeboat Airlines flight 42). After becoming an orphan, she returned to Balan and felt depressed since no one wanted to visit a wealthy Rulue, and Rulue missed her parents.
