Ro Peace River (also known as Lower Peace) is a town of Bloxalberta. It is a community that meets with its river, Ro-Peace River. It is also just 4-5 hours north of Edmonton. The highways Bloxalberta Highway 2 meets with Peace River. It was known as the (Lower Peace) until 1932.
Ro-Peace River is located in Municipal District of Peaceblox No. 112 and has another section owned by the Municipal District of Southrise No. 14. It also is near to the Gremshaw areas where Bloxalberta Highway 35 and Bloxalberta Highway 2 meet. It is also home to a small basketball and hockey team, Ro-Peace River Emeralds(hockey) and Ro-Peace River Highs.
The town is also home to the Mackanze County Railway and the Bloxde Prairie Railway. It is also a hiking area near the valley (only in the east side.)
