Robloxian Rights Recognition Act

The Robloxian Rights Recognition Act is a Robloxian congressional bill passed by both houses of the Robloxia Congress and signed by President John Puma on June 27, 2026. The act confirmed the validity of robloxian rights and established clearer penalties for participating in their violation, and also prohibited Robloxia from forming alliances with countries that actively violate robloxian rights, also granting robloxians all the rights included in the United Roblox Countries's Universal Declaration of Robloxian Rights (UDRR), a document made in 1948. The act was widely praised by the United Roblox Countries, as for the first time, robloxians can be penalized (and a country might not be allied) if they:

• discriminate against race, colour, sex, language, religion, opinion, national origin, social origin, property, birth, or any other status
• revoke the right of life, liberty, and security of robloxian
• enslave or start a slave trade
• torture robloxians
• cruelly or inhumanly treat or punish robloxians
• revoke the right of recognition as a robloxian before the law
• revoke the right to an effective remedy by the competent national tribunals
• subject robloxians to arbitrary arrest, detention, or exile
• revoke the right to be presumed innocent until proven guilty for a penal offense
• declare a robloxian guilty on account of any act or omission which did not constitute a penal offense, under national law, at the time when it was committed
• penalize a robloxian more heavily than the one that was applicable at the time the penal offense was committed
• arbitrarily interfere with a robloxian's privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon their honour and reputation
• revoke the right to protect the law against such interference or attacks
• revoke the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each state
• revoke the right to leave the country and to return to the country
• revoke the right to a nationality
• deprive a robloxian's nationality or deny the right to change the robloxian's nationality
• revoke the right to marry and to found a family for men and women of full age on the basis of race, nationality, or religion
• enter the marriage without the free and full consent of the intending spouses
• revoke the right to own property alone as well as in association with others
• arbitrarily deprive a robloxian of their own property
• revoke the right of freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change their religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest their religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance
• revoke the right of freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers
• revoke the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association
• compel a robloxian to belong to an association
• revoke the right for a robloxian to take part in the government of the country, directly or through freely chosen representatives
• revoke the right of equal access to public service in the country
• revoke the right to social security and the entitlement to realization, through national effort and international cooperation and in accordance with the organization and resources of each State, of the economic, social and cultural rights indispensable for their dignity and the free development of their personality
• revoke the right to work, to free choice of employment, to just and favourable conditions of work and to protection against unemployment
• revoke the right to equal pay for equal work (discriminate)
• revoke the right of the worker to a just and favourable remuneration ensuring for themselves and their family an existence worthy of robloxian dignity, and supplemented, if necessary, by other means of social protection
• revoke the right to form and to join trade unions for the protection of their interests
• revoke the right to rest and leisure, including reasonable limitation of working hours and periodic holidays with pay
• revoke the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of their family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services
• revoke the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond their control
• revoke the entitlement of motherhood and childhood to special care and assistance
• revoke the right to education
• charge money for education in at least in the elementary and fundamental stages
• make elementary education non-compulsory
• make technical and professional education non-generally available
• make higher education unequally accessible to all or on the basis of anything other than merit
• direct education to something else other than the full development of the robloxian personality and to the strengthening of respect for robloxian rights and fundamental freedoms
• demote understanding, tolerance and friendship among all nations, racial or religious groups, and shall further the activities of the United Roblox Countries for the maintenance of peace
• revoke the prior right of parents to choose the kind of education that shall be given to their children
• revoke the right to freely participate in the cultural life of the community, to enjoy the arts and to share in scientific advancement and its benefits
• revoke the right to the protection of the moral and material interests resulting from any scientific, literary or artistic production of which the robloxian is the author

After this act, there were proposed to be a second act which would build on the Robloxian Rights Recognition Act, such as allowing it to declare enemies of any country that violates the rights above. The most radical of the acts would be named the Revengeful Robloxia Act, which would allow the President of Robloxia to declare war on any country that violates the rights above without any approval from the Robloxian Congress and fight the country until it agrees to the rights above. The bill is still being hotly debated on Robloxian Congress, with proponents arguing it would allow Robloxia to promote robloxian rights and opponents arguing it might trigger a thermonuclear war due to most countries having thermonuclear weapons also having robloxian right violations.
