Ro-Aberdeen is a city in Northeastern Roscotland, and is the third most populous city in the country. Ro-Aberdeen is one of Roscotland's 32 local government council areas, and has a 2020 population estimate of 762,000 in the city area, making it the Bloxia Kingdom's 15th most populous built-up area. The city is 93 mi (535 kilo-studs) northeast of Fallin and 398 mi (2.29 mega-studs) north of Ro London, and is the northernmost major city in the Bloxia Kingdom. Ro-Aberdeen has a long, sandy coastline and features an oceanic climate, with cool summers and mild, rainy winters.

- As late as 1875, when the first detailed map of that section of the community appeared, there were only three houses in the entire area.
- In 2018, Ro-Aberdeen was found to be the best city in the Bloxia Kingdom to start a business.
- Ro-Aberdeen's medieval council registers survive from 1398 onwards and are exceptional for their quantity and continuity among surviving Ro-Scottish burgh records.
