Randall Bloxon (August 29, 1958 – June 25, 2009) was a very popular and famous singer and actor around worldwide, known for making pop songs mostly in the decades of the 1970s, 80s, 90s and being the best music influencer[1][2]. His most popular song is ‘Sparkle n Groove’ which was made in 1980. He won at least a hundred awards on his singing. He was also known as 'The King of Pop'[3][4]. He is also known as ‘The King of Music’. Numerous of famous singers around the world claim that they have been inspired by Randall Bloxon. Randall’s favorite singer is believed to be Luther Carson[5]. Randall Bloxon had won about fifteen grammy awards which was a huge accomplishment. He had also won numerous of awards from the Bloxy Awards for his talent.

Randall was born in 1958 in a small house in a small town in Blorida which he stayed for his whole life. Randall was a part of the "Bloxon 5" group as a kid and teenager with his brothers. He later split up as he did not want to be the little kid in the songs as most of his brothers were many years older. Randall had gone very popular in his path. He later eventually became called the 'King of Pop'. Some also called him 'The King of Music', even today. In 1983, after his song, Thriller, Bloxon had signed a major contract with Pepsi. During the 1990s, Randall had started to become a controversial figure, unfortunately. This was due to his changing appearance, relationships and etc. However he was still liked by a lot of people around the world. Randall died in 2009 by a disease and his legacy continued.

Early Life

Randall Bloxon was born on August 29, 1958, as the fourth son of Ronald Bloxon and Mary Bloxon, in a town in Blorida. He lived there his whole life but did not stay there the whole time as he travelled around the world. In the late 1960s and early 70s, Randall got inspired to sing by his father, Ronald Bloxon (1931-2012)[6], who was a singer too. Randall had many brothers.[7] However, also strongly got forced to sing. His mother, Mary Bloxon often played the piano which had also contributed into Randall's inspiration in music.

Career

In the 1960s, Randall believed that his father used him and his brothers to make money by forcing them to sing in competitions. Randall’s first song was “Want you back” (1968) which was sang in 1968. Randall only made it at the age of 10 with the help of his father and brothers. He was in the band with his brothers named, "Bloxon 5" which was a quite popular band. Many believe that Randall Bloxon and his brothers did not get to enjoy their childhood. In 1979, he released his first own song which got quite popular, it was called ‘Don’t Stop ‘Til You Get Enough’ and it’s album. He made a following album, ‘Off The Walls (Album)’. He also invented new dance moves that got popular worldwide throughout the years. They are still widely used now.

A few months later when he composed another song, it became very popular and Randall won an award. In the 1980s, many Robloxians started calling him as the king of Pop music. He was later crowned as the ‘king of pop’. Many also say that he is the ‘king of music’ in Robloxia. In 1982, he won his third major award at the age of 24 after composing his most popular song, Sparkle n Groove. He started to win many awards. His song, sparkle n groove, reached number one in the billboard hot 100. In the early 1980s, he often sang “Hehe” in songs which became a meme later.

Then in 1983, he travelled outside to other countries for the first time. He started to travel more often; he would leave his hometown to travel to other countries at least three times a year. On May 15, during a concert with more than a million audiences, Randall did his first moonwalk while performing, his famous song, ‘Sparkle n Groove’.

After a concert on September 29, he discovered that he had a disease which made his skin more pale after a concert. He would hide it using sparkly gloves and etc. His song 'Billie Jean' had instantly gone popular and was claimed to be the best song of the 1980s. On November, 1983, after the thriller album’s peak, Randall had signed a huge contract with the Pepsi company which was worth five million. On January 27, while trying some chemicals for his hair, his hair instantly lit in fire. The Pepsi company apologized and donated 1.5 million robux. Randall gradually recovered and started singing again later.

In 1985, him and a lot of other singers all were doing an event, which was the song called ‘We are the world’ which got very famous later then. After a few months, he contributed with a few other artists such as Richard Buford, and 20 more artists in making a famous song called ‘We are the World’. The song got exceedingly popular. It also often got thought and shown in schools worldwide as the song also thought about some important lessons. Even today it is listened to.

In 1986, his best movie was made, he acted as one of the main characters in the movie, Bloxy (1986). In the 1990s, he started to travel less. In 1984, he made a band group with his dad, one of his brother and two friends which was called the RoDisco band. (members: Ronald Bloxon, Marvin Bloxon, Robert Green, Bob Evans) just a month later it stopped. All members went on to their different careers. On December 23, 1999, he went to Ro-Indi and sang a song in his concert. A few days later, he participated in the new year ball drop there. He later went back to his hometown and continued to do concerts around his place.

During the 1990s, Bloxon started to become a controversial figure, because of his changing appearance, relationship and etc. He was framed for child abuse after his death, fortunately it was proved later to be wrong as there were no evidences. From 1999-2003, Randall Bloxon visited many schools in Robloxia. He continued doing numerous of performances. Three days before he died, he did his last performance.

In 2009 he mysteriously died in his house. His funeral was attended by more than 20,000 Robloxians and millions watching through the television. His legacy continued and robloxians still call him 'The king of Pop' in the present day.

Child Abuse Rumors

There were claims and rumours that Randall Bloxon had done child abuse a few years after his death. However in 2019, it was found and proved to be fake, yet the rumour still spreads.

Critisized

In 2024, Randall was critisized by a singer due to being jealous.[8]
