Special Containment Procedures:
Phenomenon RSCP-829 is currently free to edit any of the espionage site's digital documentation, as it poses no threat and has been observed to greatly improve the morale of personnel that interact with it. The whereabouts of RSCP-829 are currently unknown, though it is still believed to be somewhere within the espionage site. Subject is to be secured for containment, but any creation of RSCP-829's should be contained (and if possible; terminated) using the RSCP foundation artificial writer, unless further evidence warrants less extreme actions. The only containment method that is avaliable to us is using the RSCP foundation artificial writer, which doesn't trigger RSCP-829's "behavior", no editing administrators and/or users are to conduct a major edit on this document. Failure to adhere this policy will result immediate termination of said personnel. No major editing (other than the RSCP artificial writer) are allowed within this page to avoid mistaken identity or confusion within the espionage wiki. Any object that seems to associate with RSCP-829 is to be informed to the on-site foundation editing team immediately.
This is not a joke. We have no idea what RSCP-829's full capabilities are. Who knows how many of the damn things are out there by now? And unless I (as the foundation's main researcher in the RSCP-829 research program) see a possible solution to declassify and/or terminate it. Only certain personnel are allowed to edit this. - This is to protect the site from a mass breach. If I had another call from the foundation saying that this site is facing another carbon copy of Incident-829 Ekoi. Trust me, it is you and me personally.- Dr. Andrew
Due to Information of Phenomenon RSCP-829's nature relating to it manifesting at a random time frame. It is to be self-contained within an already activated foundation espionage website hereby referred to as "Robloxiapedia". Any information regarding is to be under locks and keys in a vault contained at this website. When personnel are required usage, a required approval letter must be shown to the active on-site management director at the management site of said website.
Embedded Foundation algorithms are to monitor social media, surveillance networks, and emergency dispatch channels for signs of high-coincidence clusters. When such events are identified, MTF █-4 (“Butterfly Effect”) is to be dispatched to contain or neutralize the event and administer Class-C amnestics to witnesses.
Should an RSCP-829 activation occur, foundation assets and controller in the digital space are required to activate Code-829-coi and follow necessary proceedings. Failure in adhering with said proceedings will result in an immediate termination unless compromised.
Description:
RSCP-829 is a recurring anomalous phenomenon that manifests as a chain of statistically improbable coincidences, usually resulting in significant disruption, existential confusion, or large-scale psychological distress. Said Phenomenon appears to be semi-sentient, or guided by an unknown intelligence, reacting to human perception of coincidence. The stronger the reaction of awe, fear, or realization from witnesses, the more likely RSCP-829 is to escalate or repeat.
The likelihood of coincidence chains appears to increase when:
- Multiple subjects become aware of the pattern and discuss it aloud.
- Attempts are made to analyze or quantify the pattern using probability models.
- The coincidences involve emotionally charged themes such as death, identity, or fate.
RSCP-829 has been documented to manifest through multiple anomalous vectors, including—but not limited to—memetic contamination, public perception influence, and direct infiltration of digital systems via self-replicating instances. These manifestations often assume identities resembling preexisting users or administrators of affected platforms (see below for verified instances).
Documented RSCP-829 Manifestation Instances
RSCP-829-A “A Random Furry”
RSCP-829-A presents as a Robloxiapedia administrator formerly active prior to Incident-829-Ekoi. The entity demonstrates the capability to retroactively alter established timelines and terminate individuals through non-physical or narrative means. Kill count remains under classified review but is currently regulated and deemed within acceptable parameters by the Department of Anomalous Activities (DAA).
RSCP-829-A’s current digital and physical activity is under continuous surveillance by the DAA.
RSCP-829-B “Epsilon-11 Series”
RSCP-829-B manifests as a Robloxiapedia user account linked to Incident-829-Ekoi. The entity exhibits limited but potent reality-altering properties, primarily through temporal editing of records authored by verified RSCP editors. Unlike 829-A, the subject demonstrates no sustained memetic spread and has shown dormant activity since containment procedures were implemented.
Current status is listed and closed as Neutralized — stated as no further manifestations observed.
Addendum Logs
Addendum 829-A
Due to the inability to track RSCP-829's movements; Coincidence Levels are used to track RSCP-829's manifestations.
- Level 1: Minor — e.g., hearing a word, then seeing it in a random book.
- Level 2: Moderate — e.g., running into someone at the exact moment they are needed.
- Level 3: High — multiple seemingly unrelated actions align to produce an unlikely beneficial or catastrophic outcome.
- Level 4: Existential — reality-altering patterns, such as recursive dreams, déjà vu loops, and self-erasing events.
- Level 5: ████████ - ██████████████████████████████████████████████████ (See Incident 829-Ekoi for detailed report)
Addendum 829-B
- Subject: D-8562
- Sex: Male
- Specialty: Call Connector

Subject D-7385 dreams of a stranger's face. The next morning, she receives a letter addressed to a person of that exact appearance, with no return address and postmark from a city she has never visited. Class-2 encounter identified.
Addendum 829-D

- Location: Literature Hall 7, Site-██
- Special Equipment: Informational Laptop containing info about RSCP-829
During a recorded lecture on chaos theory, every power outage in a 5-mile radius synchronizes to the speaker's mention of "the butterfly effect." Review of the footage shows no anomalies—except for a single frame depicting the speaker's corpse slumped over the podium, which does not match reality. Class-4 encounter identified.
Incident 829-Ekoi
On ██/██/████, a foundation espionage website herby referred to as "Robloxiapedia" had a sudden appearance of an RSCP-829 instance located in it's users, the identified subjects, ArandomfurryYt and E-11 series, were confirmed to be copies of RSCP-829 instances with ArandomfurryYt managing to secure administrative access to the espionage website.
The foundation later sent in an espionage agent, Agent T, to ensure the website's security control is within acceptable range and ensure the instances of RSCP-829 be captured for further studies.
As of a few █████ from deployment, there were signs that confirmed the agent has been successful into controlling the RSCP-829 instances.
All personnel recovered with no memory of the preceding 48 hours. Incident classified as Class-5 Omega Pattern.
Addendum 829-E
Prior to incident, an interview with foundation espionage user predicted a RSCP-829 attack on the espionage website, which resulted into the incident above. As of Investigations, user was disciplined by foundation orders.
