Formed in 1918 by General [REDACTED], the first generation of the first R5, during the closing events of the Roblox War I and the appearance of the RSCP Foundation's first entity, RSCP-███. Currently under the United Roblox Countries' list of departments that allies with the RSCP Foundation.

As an RSCP Foundation's URC Department, the Department of Anomalous Activities; as the name implies, assist in the detection of Anomalous Activities and sent it to the RSCP Foundation for proper analyse and deployment.

Consist of RWII and Cold War RSCP Veterans who served containment in the war fields, it is noted that this department has taken up a considerable number of cove-ops to be considered as an official task force department under the RSCP foundation's name.

Currently, this department is quoted as "the 20th generation RSCP Foundation", they act when certain divisions and military interference is required, they would authorize and send in said military or an RSCP operations division for said mission, most of which is RSCP tactical departments and the infamous, Division GLOBAL-FAH.

The Department of Anomalous Activities is a United Roblox Countries/RSCP Foundation Division dedicated for the detection and analysis of anomalous activities.

As in their description, they were formed by the first-generation R5-1 during the closing event of RWII, as the RSCP foundation's first-ever RSCP was contained by this division.

Operational Role

As a URC-aligned Foundation Department, the DAA functions as both an intelligence relay network and a pre-containment strike coordination unit. The Department’s operatives are deployed to investigate reports of anomalous presence, civilian exposure, or unnatural battlefield phenomena. Once confirmation is achieved, the case is forwarded to the RSCP Foundation for classification, full containment, and research assignment.

Over the decades, the DAA has been credited with intercepting numerous high-threat anomalies before large-scale exposure could occur, earning the internal nickname:

“The Shadow That Watches for Shadows.”

Personnel Composition

The Department is largely composed of RSCP veterans who both served during the Roblox War II and Cold War Anomalous Containment Conflicts. Many of these individuals have field experience directly handling hostile RSCP entities or coordinating covert containment during wartime operations.

Due to its veteran composition and combat-proven efficiency, the Department has assumed a growing number of covert operation assignments, prompting internal RSCP documentation to recognize it as an official task force–grade division rather than a simple liaison branch.

Until in 1967, the RSCP Special Mobile Task Force Column is later involved as personnel of the Department of Anomalous Activities.

Operations

Internally and colloquially, the Department of Anomalous Activities is often referred to as the

20th Generation RSCP Foundation.

This informal title symbolizes its deep-rooted integration into Foundation history and its ability to act independently when higher Foundation clearance levels or inter-military authorization are required. When global or interdivisional operations demand military-grade coordination, the DAA serves as the authorization and deployment intermediary, capable of mobilizing both URC military forces and RSCP tactical units.

Among its notable partners and sub-divisions includes the infamous Division GLOBAL-FAH, often deployed under direct DAA authorization during extreme anomalous warfare or intelligence compromise incidents.

Leaders

Founder and first Director of the first RSCP foundation and the DAA. Under his command, the Department defined early containment protocols and established cooperative channels between the URC military and the newly-formed RSCP Foundation. Served until voluntary retirement in 1967.

Director G. Nigels (1967 – 2018)

Succeeded General [REDACTED] following his retirement. Director Nigels oversaw the modernization of DAA operations throughout the Cold War, implementing tactical field teams and securing the Department’s formal recognition as an RSCP-affiliated unit. Resigned from active leadership in 2018 after five decades of service.

Current Director — R4 Council (2019 – Present)

Appointed by both the URC High Command and the RSCP Central Council, the current Director is an active member of the R4 Council, representing the Department directly within Foundation governance. Under their leadership, the DAA has achieved full operational parity with RSCP tactical divisions and now exercises joint authority over select Foundation deployments.
