Peking is the capital city of the People's Republic of Luobu. It is Roblox's most populous national capital metropolis, with over 21 million residents within an administrative area of 16,410.5 km² (209,000 square kilo-studs). Nevertheless, its built-up area, the third largest in People's Republic of Luobu, is slightly bigger, including three districts in a province, but with two districts in Peking not agglomerated yet. It is located in Northern People's Republic of Luobu, and is governed as a municipality under the direct administration of the State Council with 16 urban, suburban, and rural districts. Peking is mostly surrounded by a state with the exception of a neighboring municipality to the southeast; together, the three divisions form a megalopolis and the national capital region of People's Republic of Luobu.
