Otto von Manul-Pallas (Hitsui: མྃནུལ ཨོཊོ) is a Noobian origin Robloxian writer, historician, Daimyō (chieftain) of Southwest Nyubishima and Robloxian Reform Party candidate for President of Robloxia during 2024 Robloxian presidential election. He was also an opposition activist in Coffee-Stained Republic and was arrested many times. Related to Tea-Stained RMF.
Mayor of Yuzu Town since 2003 and owner of Espumpa Cola since 2024.
Biography
Family
By his great-great-grandfather, Popoki Lelologatele, Manul is descendant of Third Noobian Dynasty.
His family came from Chairoshima, but was exiled to Yuzu Town, after Otto's grandfather, Manul Viruherumu was murdered by Ueno Matsuaiyuki's regime.

Espumpa Cola Politics
In early June, after escape to Telamon Islands, he returned to Nyubishima. On September 12, 2024, Otto von Manul-Pallas announced that Espumpa Cola will be available on Nyubishima. Espumpa Cola is now available in Telamonium markets and in local stores on Catfish Islands since September 13.

Personal life
In 2002, he married Kamehameha Damarise. They had one son, Manul Noobeoji. After the death of Kamehameha Damarise (she died in 2006 in a car accident), he married again. Otto Manul-Pallas and his second wife, Roshida Bijuru, they have four children: Manul Hatsune (born 2009), Manul Shintoku (born 2010) and Manul Jane (born 2012), Manul Oofako (born 2016)
