Olivia Tan (Full Name: Olivia Santo Tan) or Rose is a Tan Industries Civil Department Head and formerly a High-Level Mercenary and Assassin for the International Agency of Contracts, with her training being taken from International Agency of Contracts Training Director Liam Flankstrom. She wears an IAC Tactical Turtleneck with Tactical Jeans, her primary weapon is the IAC19 Silverballer.
She is married to Harold Tan and gave birth to three children: AndroidTan, T11167, and Diana Rose.
As what many people call her, she is cold as ice, hard as titanium and sharp as a razor.

Olivia's Past
Olivia was born in Wilson District of Bloxland, where she was raised by Han-Jiao Tan and Emica Takahashi.
She later joined the International Agency of Contracts and worked with them for four years, until she met Harold Tan.
1991
She married Harold Tan and gave birth to both AndroidTan, Diana Rose, and T11167.
2001
She was disappointed to hear that her son was nearly assassinated for trying to leave an interest, which made her suggest AndroidTan to join the Agency to learn combat before going out.
2008
She retired from the IAC and became a full-time Tan Industries personnel member.
