Old Noobwood Airport

South Noobwood Airport, also known as Old Noobwood Airport is an airport that serves the southern part of Noobwood, DSWN. Until 1998, this was the main airport for Noobwood until most airlines moved to the newer Noobwood International Airport. The airport was built in 1977 and currently serves eight airlines. The airport has three runways, 12/30, 09L/29R and 09R/29L. 09L/29R and 12/30 can handle upto an Robus R380 while 09R/29L can handle until a Roeing 787.

Accidents and Incidents

  • On January 9, 2026, at approximately 7:12 PM, Noob Airways 555, a Robus R320 from Bloatfish Isle, Pufferbloxia was landing at Old Noobwood Airport due to the hijacking of Noobwood International Airport when the plane overran the airport due to a late landing in Old Noobwood Airport, the plane tried to climb before it stuck a small terrain slope at the end of the runway and crashed down towards a small cliff to a small grass field, 73 of 103 passengers died in the crash. When it happened, 7 more planes were approaching the airport before Noob Airways 555 and they all had to land at another runway.
