NinetyNine City (Robloxian: Pet Simulator 99!) is the heart city and current capital of Petland of Prestonia. It has a population of 100,000.
NinetyNine City encourages its citizens to hatch 99 pets, open 99 eggs, play minigames, unlock parts of the city, join clans, and trade pets.
NinetyNine City was massively advertised across the government website and in Robloxian billboards the day before its grand opening, which made browsing any pages or visiting Robloxia having almost a 100% percent of the city's advertisement showing up in billboards. There exists arbitrary speculation that Preston, the mayor, spent all of his Robux to pay for the advertisements and the billboards.
About
NinetyNine City succeeded the old groups of cities in Prestonia to become the next biggest city and capital in the country. It was founded on December 1, 2023, after a year of construction. NinetyNine City also promised to be the first city in the Prestonian government to be liberated from the fettering perils of P2Wism, a twisted and wretched ideology used in cities that argues that to be powerful in cities, one needs to pay.
NinetyNine City immediately went on major construction projects and different annexations every Saturday. This was until the fourth annexation, which the government stated that major construction projects and annexations will happen irregularly from that time on.
NinetyNine City also focused on expanding its domain to the Robloxian universe (of which it is not recognized by RASA simply due to the Outer Space Treaty of 1967, which concisely stipulates that no one can own any part of the Robloxian universe other than the planet Roblox, though the treaty is hard to enforce with recent advancements in Robloxian technology that allow them to occupy at most distant galaxies in intergalactic space) like its predecessors Petland of Prestonia and Petsim City; the cities have established colonies on the Roblox Moon, of which they are collectively called "Tech World" because of the technology advancements made there. Robloxians can access the Tech World after purchasing entry to Area 99, locally known as Rainbow Road and taking the free rocket shuttle there.
NinetyNine City also seems to be partially a monarchy, as there is a castle standing in the Area 3 of the main city. The castle is owned by a royal Prestonian Cat, which suggests that the cat may have owned the area before or still does, though many speculate the latter to be true because how does a royal cat have a key to the castle otherwise (unless the royal cat has been assigned a position that would give Robloxians the key).
Like other Robloxian pet-based cities, NinetyNine City also allows Robloxians to do something internally called a Rebirth, a law that was passed for the first time in all the 3 previous cities. Rebirth is when an experienced citizen is treated as a new citizen.
All areas in Ninetynine City
Main City (known as World 1 in Robloxian)
- Spawn, which is the base area of the city, and where most citizens live. Citizens are introduced to the Coin, the first currency used by the city.
- Colorful Forest. Costs 900 coins to access.
- Castle. Costs 2,500 coins to access, as well as a castle which requires a castle key to enter. Note that the castle key is not a currency because there is only one castle key in the entire city, and it presumably cannot be reproduced by any means. The castle key is personally handed to the Robloxian by the royal Prestonian Cat (who owns the castle). If a Robloxian wants to Rebirth, the Royal Prestonian Cat will understand this, and a castle key will be given.
- Green Forest. Costs 8,000 coins to access, as well as a machine that permits the Robloxians to equip more pets in exchange of diamonds. The highest number of pets a Prestonian can equip at once is known internally as a Citizen Rank.
- Autumn. Costs 20,000 coins to access, includes a physical minigame that mimics old Robloxian obstacle races.
- Cherry Blossom. Costs 60,000 coins to access.
- Farm. Costs 150,000 coins to access.
- Backyard. Costs 400,000 coins to access. Citizens are introduced to the Gold Bar, the second currency used by the city and is presumably worth more than a Coin.
- Misty Falls. Costs a gold bar to access.
- Mine. Costs 1 gold bars and 500,000 coins to access.

99. Rainbow Road. The final area in the main city. In the end of the Area 99, the Robloxian will leave the city limits. At the city limit, there exists a free shuttle rocket that can take the Robloxian to the Tech World. The free shuttle rocket also takes Robloxians back to the Main City, though the return trip is often less frequented.
Tech World (known as World 2 in Robloxian)
- 100. Tech Spawn. The first area of the Tech World, with utilities identical to the city and a supercomputer that lets Robloxians access machines that they used to operate in the Main City.
- 101. Futuristic City. A futuristic city. Has some apartments that some Robloxians choose to live. Until the next annexation, this will most likely be home to the fewest Robloxians in any area. The population of the area could skyrocket in the near future, then fall as Robloxians would move on from this city, being bored by a lack of recent annexations.
Potions
NinetyNine City has also focused on witchcraft and the brewing of potions to make Robloxians be able to progress easier and faster. Borrowing the potion technology that has already been used by the old Prestonia, NinetyNine City was able to quickly develop a potion system for their citizens.
