Louis Puder (December 31, 1873 – June 3, 1921) was a Robloxian writer, film director, and actor who lived throughout the 19th and 20th centuries. His works are known for the issues they raise, such as dictatorship and war. He received the Noblox Prize twice posthumously and was awarded several medals during his lifetime.
Life
He was born in Santa Lucia County about 7 km from the county capital. His parents lived in the countryside, and his ancestors from his father's side owned several villages where the family lived. Louis attended school in Santa Lucia, where he obtained an education and in 1893, he began to study literature at the University of Bloxalbuquerque. Just a year later, he began writing a novel about life during the Civil War. He graduated with honors in 1896 and began working as a teacher in Santa Lucia. In 1899 he completed the book "Don Ignacio", which told the story of the civil war in Bloxico, for which he received the Book of the Year award. In the summer of 1900, he went on a trip to Baoji, which inspired him to write a problematic novel about various ethnic groups on the continent. His work was the winner of the book of the year gala. In 1902, he moved to Topia City, where he began writing another book while also working as a teacher. After 3 years, he completed the work "In the Land of Jungles and Islands...", which was inspired by his travels to Ro Philippines, which was controlled by Robloxia troops. The novel was not nominated for any award because it was not in the state's interest. Louis then began a minor break in his career. He did not start writing any major work, writing only short stories from time to time. In 1909, he became interested in cinematography, which was just developing. He started cooperation with a smaller film studio, which decided to adapt his books into films. The director was Louis himself, who also acted in several scenes. By 1914, all his books written before 1911 were made into films. In the meantime, he published another book called "The warehouse", about people who accidentally find themselves in a huge warehouse of a department store and have to defend themselves against employees. This book has been increasingly popular since the 1960s. Seeing the conflicts in Eurobloxia and other places around the world, he wrote a novel about his vision of the future that the superpowers could lead to if they did not stop brutally fighting each other. After writing the book, Louis was nominated for the Noblox Peace Prize but did not receive it. In 1917, he published the book "Dirty War" about recruits from the times of Roblox War I. The book was not nominated for the Book of the Year in Robloxia, but received this award in Bloxia Kingdom. The Robloxia government began to hate Louis with the new publications. After the publication of the new novel, the writer was accused of inciting treason. After a trial, Louis was acquitted, but his mental health deteriorated. Additionally, he fell ill with the flu. After treatment, he went to the Telamon Islands, where he could write without restrictions or criticism. There he began recording the film adaptation of the book "Dirty War", which he completed in 1920. Also observing the events in Tovokia, he wrote the book "Animal Town", which was an allusion to the activities of xenonists. He wrote in it how the government of one totalitarian party and constant propaganda could end, showing the example of farms using allusions. He also planned to write a book about the Telamonian resistance, and his journals reveal that he also planned to write several other novels, which he did not complete. On May 25, 1921, Louis began his return to Robloxia. He was constantly transferring from plane to plane, flying first to Bloxro City, then to Labu City, from Labu City to Ro Suva, from Ro Suva to Ro Apia, from Ro Apia to Rowaii, and from there to Bloxburg Valley, from where he took the train to Topia City. When he got off the train, he was greeted by a crowd of literature fans. The writer was approached by a person dressed in black, who stabbed him and then ran away. He died on the way to the hospital. The funeral took place seven days later. A state of mourning was declared in Livetopia for three days. Louis' works are still very popular, and each of them has been made into a film. For his activities he received two Noblox Prizes, one for literature and the other for peace. In 1978, Livetopia TV broadcast a documentary that showed that the police were responsible for the writer's murder. An investigation conducted in 1985 showed that the killer had links with the police. Louis' body currently rests in Brookhaven Cemetery, where important people in Robloxia's history are buried.
