Levi Harmon, sometimes nicknamed the Toy President, was a Robloxian politic figure and member of Vermilionist Party, who challenged the president Robert Quincy King Jr. for power in 1651, but lost. He also seized control over the Bhlode Island, declaring himself its president in 1686. Levi had also proposed legislation that would allow Robloxia to develop machines and toys quicker than ever before, introducting it in Bhlode Island.

Levi was born in a small family on town of Mali, Robloxia.

Death
In 1689, Levi was mysteriously killed during a horse ride after a crossbow shot him. He was buried in Hillton as of today.
Issue
Levi Harmon married unknown woman. They had two sons:
- Unknown son (1669 - 1727), count of Albert. Married and had issue.
- Walter Harmon (1671-1708), President of Bhlode Island 1691-1692. Died without issue.
