Lanakila Mikala Tollway is a partially operational tollway in Telamon Islands. It is a ring road on Kohola. Construction is supposed to be fully finished in 2027, although some parts are open. Most of the Lanakila Mikala Tollway was not approved due to residents complaining due to losing their houses just for the project. Therefore, the idea was born to run the route through tunnels under larger towns to prevent the loss of plots of land. It is an exclusive four lane express highway. Finally, in August 2025, Kamehameha Makakala approved the tollway fully. A nineteen kilometer section has been constructed already and is operational. It has a Farma HujumaTag and Cash Tolls. The whole tollway is tolled.
