Juan Otocolobus (born September 7, 1994), is a member of Futuristic Republic government-in-exile and one of the authors of Bloxartica division at the Massagaf Conference.
Life
Early Life
Juan Otocolobus was born 7 September 1994. His father was Futuristic Islander, while his mother was Bloxian from Arbington and it was documented that her family inhabited the city since 1250s. There were some rumors, that he was member of AFC, when he was young. However, there are no proofs, because he destroyed all documents which could lead to suspicion to make it impossible for GFAH to learn about his past.

Juan Otocolobus was send on the Massagaf Conference as a leader of independent delegation. He was one of those who led to the signing of the final treaty. He was supporter of idea that the Free Bloxartica, Neotopia, Bloxmania Union and Marie Byrd Land would be recognized in Bloxartica.
Bloxburg Betrayal
On 13 June, he arrived at Bloxburg City Port and drived a car to Coeptuim Headquarters. The next day, he was scheduled to meet with Coeptus II to discuss the safety of the James family and the planned evacuation of Coeptus III to Futuristic Republic in the event of the Coeptus II's surrender. The meeting was canceled due to Coeptus II's death half an hour before the scheduled date. Upon learning of this, Juan Otocolobus took CS-Yukon 11, which he had received as a gift from Marques Manchester, commander of the CSR air force, who had died in the Battle of Bloxifornia. Premier Jordán Rordóñez gave Otocolobus permissions to evacuate Coeptus III from the city to keep him save in Futuristic Republic. However, soon Coeptus III was also nullified by chikorita152e. Then Otocolobus took his revolver and raided chikorita152e's house alongside with several people in revenge, trying to find documents that would incriminate chikorita152e. However, due to chikorita152e being a god, they were unable to find anything substantial. Juan Otocolobus then returned to Futuristic Republic, where he made a symbolic tomb for Coeptus III.
Turtle Master
On behalf of the government, Otocolobus purchased 500 TM4 assault rifles and 400 Tan Military Explosive Pen (Gen 2). The government paid Tan Industries £65,000,000. Soon, on 16 June, 2025, he met with Android Tan at the GFAH base.
Android Tan: "Hello, Mr. Otocolobus. I'm glad you accepted our invitation."
Otocolobus: "Good morning. I'm glad we can finally meet."

Otocolobus: "What are you doing?"
Android Tan: "This is a test. There are five mask on my desk. One of them is harmless, while the rest contains Alien Sentience, that could possess you when worn."
Otocolobus: "Why do you want to test me?"
Android Tan: "You'll find out about it later."
Otocolobus: "Well..."

Android Tan: "Congratulations. You survived. I tested 4 people before, but you were the first to pass."
A minute later, Otocolobus left the base, heading to the nearest heliport to fly back to Saint-Noobly.
